Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Nature of Service

Cardex provides digital services. Once a digital business card is created and activated, refunds are generally not applicable.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund may be considered if:

  • Payment is deducted but service is not delivered.
  • Technical issue prevents activation and cannot be resolved.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect information submitted by user
  • Partial usage of subscription period

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
