3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

All information submitted is accurate and lawful.
You will not upload illegal, abusive, or copyrighted content without permission.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You will not misuse the platform for spam or fraudulent activities.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Prices are listed in INR (₹).
We do not store debit/credit card details.
Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law.

Failure of payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Subscription & Validity

Digital cards remain active for the selected subscription period.
Renewal must be completed before expiry to avoid deactivation.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Cardex platform design, branding, and system belong to the website owner.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded business content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Temporary website downtime
Third-party service interruptions
Loss caused by user negligence

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
